Tropical Setting

In a tropical Northern Thailand setting we offer Intensive Care Recovery Programs, strictly limited to just one or two clients at a time.

We work with you to create a highly personalised, holistic treatment plan that combines daily counseling with physical exercise and educational activities.

The vast majority of our guests find our tailored approach much more effective than other options such as “12-Step programs”.

We use a unique five domain approach to promote a complete recovery, physical wellness, and mental well-being.

Our Recovery Programs are facillitated by people who are dedicated to providing intensive personal attention. All Personal Recovery programs usually start with one-on-one counseling combined with a range of daily activities. Such as, yoga, meditation, saunas, swimming, Thai massage, and guided country walks.

Workshops

Another key feature of our programs are our educational lifestyle workshops which cover everything from nutrition and cooking to self-expression and confidence building. Each visitor is cared for by one dedicated counselor and we maintain a ratio of six support staff to one client.

The Five Domain Approach

Five interrelated domains provide a balanced structure that propels you in the direction of your goals.
Starting with emotional balance, working towards physical health and completing with mindful awareness.

Domain 1 : Physical

Daily exercise, flexibility routines, weight management advice, cleansing and detoxing protocols to build and maintain core strength from the ground up.

Daily Physical Excersise

Domain 2 : Nutrition

Nutrition and dietary advice with instruction in 18/21 Live food diet, pH balancing, blood type diet, personalized menus, and cooking classes.

Breathing exercises, meditation, self confidence training, and one-on-one counseling.

Self Improvement

Domain 4 : Rest And Recreation

As well as plenty of time for rest and contemplation, there are a variety of fun activities that support new behavior patterns: swimming, nature walks, and ATV off-road adventure to name a few.

Domain 5 : Relationships

Marital or relationship problems come in all shapes and sizes. Relationship counseling concentrates on learning how to take personal responsibility, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and make amends.
