We are able to offer highly personalized treatment because we keep our client numbers at no more than 3 - 4 at one time, so each individual who stays with us has the best possible chance of overcoming their trauma and the underlying issues.  As well as daily counselling, clients get workshops on lifestyle related topics. Additional daily activities include martial arts, yoga, massage, Swedish sauna, meditation, breathing exercises and a weekly excursion.
