Thailand Immigration Requirement
You need to register online for a Thai Digital Arrival Card prior to your arrival. Complete the registration up to 3 days before departure at tdac.immigration.go.th.

The system will generate a QR code that you must present to Thai Immigration on arrival. Print it out or save it on your phone (ideally both).
Fly into Chiang Mai (CNX)
Chiang Mai International Airport (IATA code CNX) is the gateway to northern Thailand, with direct flights from Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Taipei, Seoul, Tokyo, and several mainland China hubs. International arrivals from Europe, the US, and Australasia connect through Bangkok (BKK or DMK), Singapore (SIN), or Doha (DOH).
Private transfer from the airport
We arrange a private, air-conditioned transfer from CNX directly to the retreat - approximately 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a discreet card with the name agreed in advance. No queueing for taxis, no language barriers, no improvised logistics.
Arriving at the retreat
You are welcomed in person by a member of the team and shown to your private accommodation. The first day is intentionally gentle - rest, a quiet meal, a tour of the grounds. Formal therapeutic work begins the following morning, once you have decompressed from travel.
What to expect locally
Hang Dong is a calm, semi-rural district surrounded by rice fields, small temples, and the foothills of Doi Suthep. The retreat is gated and entirely private. Mobile coverage and high-speed Wi-Fi are available throughout. Chiang Mai's Old City, hospitals, and Nimmanhaemin district are 25 to 35 minutes away by car if needed.
