Clear Pricing for
Private Trauma Care

At New Paradigm in Chiang Mai, we offer both individual trauma therapy sessions and intensive inpatient care. Our fees depend on the level of support needed, the length of treatment, and whether care is provided online, in person, or as part of a structured inpatient stay.

Simple, Transparent,
Individualised

We aim to keep our pricing clear and transparent. Some clients benefit from a small number of focused sessions. Others need a more immersive and structured level of care. The right recommendation depends on your emotional condition, current stability, treatment history, and how much support is needed.

How We Advise

After reviewing your situation, we can advise whether individual sessions or intensive inpatient treatment would be more appropriate. The goal is not to push you into more care than you need, but to recommend the level of support most likely to help.

Personal Fit Matters

Our work is highly individual. Some people need only a few sessions. Others need a quieter environment, more structure, and a deeper level of support in order to stabilise and recover.

What Determines Cost

  • The level of support needed
  • The recommended duration of care
  • Whether treatment is online, in person, or inpatient
  • The degree of structure required for stabilisation and recovery

Admission Notes

We are not a detox or primary addiction rehabilitation facility.

  • If there is severe alcohol or drug dependency, medical detox may need to take place before admission
  • Recommendations are based on clinical suitability, not only on preference
  • We prioritise safety, privacy, and the level of care most likely to help

Before You Begin

Yes. Many clients begin with private online sessions with Dirk before deciding whether they need to travel to Chiang Mai for in-person work, or the fully immersive residential programme. A short course of online sessions can also help clarify what level of care is appropriate before larger commitments are made.

The starting daily rate is clear, but the full recommendation depends on the length of stay and the structure of support appropriate for your case. Some clients need the standard 14-day arc, others benefit from a longer or slightly shorter programme. We will always be transparent about pricing before you commit, and the free evaluation includes a clear indication of what your specific programme would involve.

Contact us or complete the free evaluation. After reviewing your situation, we can advise whether individual sessions, an intensive block of outpatient work, or the full residential programme would be most useful. There is no upsell: matching the intervention to what is actually needed is what makes recovery hold, and recommending more than that would not serve you.

There is no catch. The evaluation takes around thirty to forty minutes to complete online, is reviewed personally by Dirk, and produces a written treatment plan tailored to what emerges. You are under no obligation to book anything afterwards. Many people use it simply to get a clearer picture of what is going on and where useful next steps might lie.

You receive a written treatment plan with a recommendation on the most useful modality and pathway to start with. From there you can book directly, ask questions, or take time to decide. There is never pressure. If the recommendation is not right for you now we will say so, and we can point you toward more appropriate options where relevant.
